Japanese radio stations use different frequencies to that in the
UK, therefore making your imported vehicles radio virtually useless. Our
Radio Band Expander’s or Frequency Shifters, as they are sometime called,
are the most cost effective way of allowing your stereo to pick up UK
frequencies.
The Band Expander is a simple device that sits behind your existing stereo,
so there is no need for any expert knowledge in electronics for fitting. It
is compatible with all Japanese imported vehicles, regardless of make, model

Universal Radio Band Expander. The Unit fits all vehicles. This
device allows the original fitment Japanese radios to receive UK
frequencies. Simply connect in-line in the aerial lead, and connect a single
wire to a positive feed. Receives all stations from 88Mhz to 108Mhz.
