Credit card security

For your security, our payment pages are hosted on a secure server, and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details or other information.

No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by internet email.


Your privacy

We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for one reason only: to process your order.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless we have an enquiry regarding your order.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* your name
* address
* phone number
* email address

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Delivery & Postage

All of our products are delivered by regular Royal Mail and couriers. We will normally send your purchase within 48hrs, however please allow up to 7 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries.

Please note that all overseas deliveries are trackable only to the first point of arrival in the country of destination. It is up to our customers to track any undelivered good from this point.


Cancelling your order

Orders may be cancelled by contacting sales @ japaneseautospares.co.uk providing the goods have not been dispatched. A 10% handling fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. For orders cancelled after goods have been dispatched, the "Return of non faulty goods" terms and conditions will apply.

Return of non faulty goods

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Please check compatibility prior to purchase. If within 7 days of delivery, you decide that the product is unsuitable, please contact sales @ japaneseautospares.co.uk to arrange a return.

All returned goods must be received in an unused condition or a refund will not be given.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained in the event goods are not received.

All non faulty goods returned to us are subject to a 20% handling charge plus the cost of the original delivery charge. Customers must also pay the return postage costs.

Customers will not be refunded against non-faulty goods if sales @ japaneseautospares.co.uk have not been informed within the 7-day money back guarantee. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.

The return of books are checked for evidence of photocopying. Any book which has evidence of photocopying will not be refunded and they will be returned to customer subject to return postage fee.


Damaged or faulty goods

sales @ japaneseautospares.co.uk must be notified of any damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. It is the customers responsibility arrange return of the goods. All goods most be returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained in the event goods are not received.
